Okay I may be biased because I’m one of those people who’s sensitive to cilantro and it felt like this dish had a lot of cilantro or some other garnish in it that just did NOT hit my palette the right way and kind of overwhelmed the whole dish. I also found the chard to be really chewy and an off-putting texture. However, if you like cilantro and chard you may love this! I was just more excited about the quinoa black beans and squash and felt like their flavors got buried 😭 Sorry, Amy’s! Generally love their dishes!
