Delicious dish but the seitan was a but tough. It's not cheap at $12 but it's tasty. I would actually opt for one of the lunch salads/bowls instead because the sandwhich is pretty much just bread and seitan, making it quite hard to eat. Don't get me wrong, it's perfect for carb lovers
