This has become my most favorite grilled cheese I've EVERRRRRRRR had. The bread alone, omg, it's thick and fresh and soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The pesto is made with the most amazing herbs and the cheese they use is just the most addicting.
The wedges are baked in an oven instead of deep friend, which makes them taste that much more scrumptious with all the super fresh toppings.
My boyfriend and I travelled from Toronto for it, it's worth every single moment travelling just to eat it.
