Fava bean with Capers chutney no Summerlong —Avaliação do Mangalarubini Lechemanam (18 de jan. de 2020)

A special catered menu for an event organised by Eat Roam Live.

Something like hummus, except this was made with Fava beans and topped with caper chutney.
The capers really gave a twist to the nutty taste of the beans.
I hope they will bring this to the menu permanently.
