The *Betenjal Bel Tahina* is a delicious appetizer with creamy vegan tahini atop soft grilled aubergine. With a rich garlic flavor, it makes you want more of it as a main dish! The bread was crispy and warm and a great complement for dipping into the creamy tahini sauce with pomegranates! Also, amazing staff!
