WOWWWWWWW. This was DELICIOUS. Two tasty hash brown vegetable fritters, topped with a portobello mushroom and pesto, along with some delicious smoky tomato sauce. It was so incredibly filling that sadly I couldn’t finish it! Definitely my new Herb favourite.
