Very good sandwich. Idk why I have never seen a raw veggie sandwich on any deli menu! Usually the only option is grilled veggies. This one had lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, avocado, cucumber, roasted red pepper and balsamic dressing on sour dough bread. Delicious!
