Veg Donburi no Wafuken —Avaliação do Wai Sum (3 de jan. de 2020)

One of the more satisfying and filling bowls I've tried in the CBD and for 8 bucks it's really quite a steal! The rice was pretty hard and dry but everything came together nicely after spamming chilli powder and adding (a lot) more spicy miso dressing. There was also a "pseudo mayo" dressing but the staff weren't 100% sure of the ingredients. According to them, their spicy miso is suitable for "strict vegetarians" lol. There's also an Impossible donburi on the menu which can be #veganized by omitting the onsen egg.
