Vegan Margarita pizza! Honestly not one I expected to see as we usually are loaded vegan pizzas!
I was presently surprised by this one.
The vegan cheese tasted just perfect. Not too stringy or heavy - thank god! And the thin crust was just how I liked it!
Everything you expected from a margarita (except the doughy base)
I would just recommend that it look better for next time. Not exactly a pretty pizza.
