Think vegan McChicken sandwich or KFC burger! Large, tasty seitan fillet covered in a herby coating, on a brioche bun with mayo and lettuce. Served with skin-on fries as standard but you can upgrade to loaded fries and add a pot of southern style gravy for dipping (highly recommend this!).
