my verdict on whether hawthorn helps w ams: yes, maybe as im the only one who didnt take diamox (ams meds) ?? But my friends did eat this too. Maybe not as much as me. Though i didnt get AMS which im v thankful for i did get diarrhoea like most of everyone else
