Classic HK “Pork” Chop with tomato sauce and vegan cheese (with rice — the same purple mix as was in teriyaki bowl ❤️). Assuming it’s labelled partly vegetarian due to dipping/coating of the pork chop?

This dish has now been officially veganized (and is just as good as before).
