One of my favourite things from Iceland! The pumpkin is sooooooo good, and I thought the selection itself (pumpkin, courgette, green beans, baby corn) was really exciting and yummy. I baked them for maybe a minute longer than it said, just so they were extra crisp. I recommend highly!!!
