The classic Hong Kong dish of baked pork chop in tomato sauce, but it's with pasta instead of rice which is a bit weird! Not that it tasted bad, but the pasta just doesn't mix with the rice as well. It's quite dense as well.

Is this cheese baked rice? It’s a western dish I thought. I find it nice with both rice or pasta. Don’t come across a vegan one often
They have the rice version now! :)
