Kimchi Dumplings no ALTHEA —Avaliação do Sara (23 de nov. de 2019)

I was very skeptical about raw kimchi dumplings because the waitress said that there was red cabbage in it. My date wanted it and I am glad he took the leap. The raw dumplings are filled with a creamy kimchi filling. I'm not sure what the outside was,but it was tender and a good neutral flavor and texture to carry the filling.
Overall, a very nicely composed way to start off the meal.
