Review of Stir Fried Eggplant at 成都Chengdu by hownowbrownkow

Hands down most amazing eggplant dish I've ever had! The eggplant melts in your mouth 🤤 I loved the sauce as well, it was not as spicy as the Mapo tofu, it had a pleasant sweetness to it!
