Review of Gong Bao Mushroom at Eight Treasures by simhazel

The monkey head mushrooms in this make it super chewy. Sauce was great - I could eat just that with white rice. Cashews are always my favorite part when it comes to these zicar style dishes. @loveveggies definitely should try this!
