I've decided not to rate the glimmer veil products on their own. They just don't stand up as a lipstick. However, they are incredible layered over a matte lipstick. I am so pleased with the look. I used wet n wild's 959A as my base lip color and let it dry then used a coat of this for a beautiful look.
