This was fantastic. A side order of Mac and Cheese made this a perfect meal. Exactly as promised: housemade cashew mozzarella cheese, with spinach basil pesto and roasted red peppers, on buttered and grilled whole wheat bread. I would definitely order this again and again. #animalsnow
