What an amazing sandwich! This has hot sliced seitan, chopped pickle, red onion, tomato and cashew cheese with house-made remoulade on a grilled ciabatta. This is warm and filling. The salad is pretty average, and this dish comes with a pickle spear. Good value for $11.50.
