Casa de Luz is a 100% vegan macrobiotic kitchen with set breakfast, lunch and dinner menus for the rest. You pay a flat rate and they serve you a balanced meal. It's surprising how flavorful food can be without oil. I particularly love their lemony cashew sauce they spoon over the greens, so yum!
