SOOOGOOOODDD. The vegan options are insurmountable! There’s like 6 or so savoury vegan options, you can make any dessert sandwich vegan, and there’s at least 10 vegetarian sandwiches. This one was some special kind of tofu— deep fried— artichoke, lemon aioli, spinach, all bundled in a beautiful crispy waffle. 10/10 recommend to anyone.
