My favorite at Kind Kitchen - I enjoy the experience of cutting and eating "steak" as much as the food itself. The fries are crispy and the beyond meat is coated with a tasty teriyaki sauce. My only complaint is that it's quite expensive - almost twice the price of most other dishes on the menu.
