We had to request this dish to be prepared specially to be vegan as I had a seen a post of Vegan Japan Facebook group about this place. It was a huge portion and really delicious, lots of barbecue sauce spring onions and noodles which were still moist on the inside but the pieces around the side and base where lovely and crispy!
