I’ve never tried instant mashed potatoes before so maybe I’m a bit biased. I thought it had a good garlic taste but also had notes of cardboard .... I’m amazed at how fast this can be made (using whichever plant milk you like) but it tastes a bit boring on its own. With some gravy I think you wouldn’t be able to tell these are instant.
