All the components were soggy, as opposed to being crunchy and fresh. This was especially true of the sev which is supposed to be crunchy, light snack added on top for that extra bite! The masala puri found at the bottom was not any different either.

The chickpeas were well-cooked and the presentation was delightful.

This dish was lacking in taste and quality
