Review of Almond-cheese Pizza at Hervíboro Cocina Vegana by johnnycactus
The holy grail. Definitely the best pizza I have ever had. I am still struggling to believe that this beauty is vegan. The cheese melted and stretched. The crush was crispy and just on point. Seriously, I am considering coming more often to Bogotá just for this place (now called Herbívoro) and specially for this absolutely delicious Margherita-piece-of-Heaven.

carlis8a I believe it is a brand called Badem (by Prunus foods) it taste so like cheese and its consistensi is so similar (it melts) than I am not completly sure it is made of almonds, as they say... but if it was really vegan, would be very goodReply
