Scrambled tofu combined with avocado, marinated grilled red bell pepper, veganaise and coriander. Soft texture, really tasty. You actually get two of these big sandwiches (already ate one on the picture) so its really a lot! Glutenfree bread is an option. Almost everything on the menu is vegan, everything is vegetarian.
