This is literally one of the most wonderful vegan meals I’ve ever had and that’s saying something because I’ve had a lot of amazing vegan food. The texture is absolutely perfect and so is the flavor. It’s Seitan based ‘chicken’ with arugula and a pretzel 🥨 bun which whatever vegan mayo HB uses plus tomato, pickle and onion. Everyone needs to eat this!
