Review of The Super Vegan Pizza at Two Boots Pizza by ravenousvegan

Two Boots is where it's at! They offer a least six different vegan pizzas, including a white pie.

"The Super Vegan" according to Two Boots, this pizzextravaganza is built on the “V for Vegan” recipe, adding broccoli and vegan ricotta to the already delicious combination of artichokes, Shitake mushrooms, and red onions, with Daiya’s vegan cheese and a revolutionary criss-cross of our homemade pestos (made from sweet red peppers and basil).

The taste is a complete mouthgasm, the combination of flavors is totally mind blowing. When it comes to pizza, this is probably the most intense combination of flavors I've had in one pie.

As, I've mentioned in my previous review, I'm not crazy about the Daiya cheese and I'm a big fan of Violife. However, with this pie the Daiya is not as noticable because there's just so much going on.

This pie is a one dollar upcharge, because there's so many topping on it. It's one extra dollar well spent, if you ask me.

If this is your first time at Two boots, your taste buds may not be ready for this insanity, might want to stick with the "V is for Vegan". However if your a brave soul/ thrill seeker, I highly recommend this pie!
