Olive Mushroom Noodles no North South East West Fusion Vegetarian Cuisine —Avaliação do sibehou (6 de abr. de 2019)

Genius $6.80 dish of braised shitake and button mushrooms, leafy veg, a slice of tomato and corn. No mock meat!
Sauce is the right consistency of sweet and savoury. But the preserved olive veg, placed in a corner, cuts through it with some acidity.
I'd suggest not mixing all of the olive veg or it'll be too rich. (Comparing to rice that balances the preserved veg, noodles sloshed in braised sauce was too much for me).
