Delicious vegan cake! Very sweet, but not overly so. It has flavors of cinnamon and nuttiness. The cake has a consistency that’s nice and thick with a firm body. Each part of the cake tastes wonderful separate, but it tastes even better as a whole. The peach/mango and raspberry sauce, the coco powder on top, the marshmallow-tasting frosting, and the cake itself were all crowd pleasers. If you’re going to visit Red Lentil, definitely try this delectable delight!
