Review of Omnipork™ Penne Aglio Olio at PizzaExpress by eritakay
Omnipork flavoured with fennel, water chestnut and oregano, served with garlic, chilli flakes, button mushrooms and rocket.
I'm having mixed feelings with this dish. It taste yummy but the 'meat' is too salty for my liking. The omnipork does have a pork texture (I'm trying to remember how bak chor mee taste like, last I had was 5 years ago).
I personally haven't had omnipork in its original form, so I can't tell if the taste is covered up.
Yummy, but needs less salt.
