This chewy ball of flour and sesame seeds are also one of the magical snacks from the stall, Dough Magic. Unlike other sesame balls out there, there is no filling in this one. I don't know how they do it, but the dough on its own tastes really good and didn't need to have fillings to enhance its taste. It's texture is somewhere between crunchy and fluffy. Try it, you'll be surprised at how it tastes. It sells in bundles of 8 for $2. The Chinese name for this delicacy is 开口笑 (kai kou xiao), which literally means "open your mouth and laugh". So try it, and have a good laugh how happy this tasty snack makes you feel just by being accidentally vegan :)
