This is a smoked quinoa and beetroot tartar, asparagus cream, blood orange cloud, caper mayonnaise, and sous vide asparagus tips. I love how the creams highlight the overall flavor, otherwise the smoked quinoa and beetroot will be a bit boring. #crfsg
