This restaurant itself is amazing, they have a variety of dishes and options for vegetarians and vegans that makes it the best place to eat in Coyhaique, Chile.

The eggplant dish was great, it had an awesome taste, it was well cooked and visually it’s pleasing. This is part of their daily menu of the Vegan Thursday and they change it every week. Love them.
