Penne pasta with artichokes, spinach, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms, usually served with white wine sauce, I added delicious vegan marinara made by chef Nino!
Amore Mio is very open to making their dishes without dairy by request and they offer a lovely vegan ravioli as well!
