This is one of their new seasonal salads and it’s yummy! The ingredients work quite well together and the dressing is not overpowering. I replaced the miso fish by avocado (two scoops!!) to make it vegan so it was creamy and very filling :)
Wasn’t a big fan of the beetroot hummus though, not very tasty, just spicy.

i always pass by without trying because i find it kind of pricey! but it does look good and seems like quite a big portion :D
