I thought the name of the dish was fun, so I had to order it. The “UCLA Curry” is a yellow pumpkin curry. To make it vegan, you can order it with veggies or tofu, so I chose veggies. We got spice level 3, which was already pretty spicy, so be cautious when choosing your spice level here! The curry was so flavorful, and the sweet pumpkins paired with the spice of the curry balanced out so perfectly.
