If you want a SoCal Hippy vibe, At Cafe Gratitude servers tell you when you order you should say “I am...” then the dish. Therefore I am Evolved. Evolved is the Bibimbap Bowl with crispy brown rice, Kim her, oyster mushroom bulgogi and a bunch of fresh tasty veggies. Flavors are interesting as the crispy brown rice gives a good crunch. I am not vegetarian but you feel fresh and refreshed after.
