The less sweet alternative to their popular sticky date pudding. I liked the spice of the ginger, it helped to cut through the heaviness of the dish. But I still prefer the sticky date version because the caramel sauce is nicer than the creme anglaise they had for this. #ginger #pscafe #pudding #steamed #cremeanglaise
