Sauteed tofu skin and black fungus no 一天一素 —Avaliação do supershuman (7 de jun. de 2018)

I was amazed to see the dish--the tofu skin resembled scrambled eggs tremendously. It tasted tender, was pleasantly umami. Just a wonderful creation!
