Review of Miso-marinated Portobello Carpaccio at Pete's Place by vikas
This portobello mushroom dish was out of this world. If you go to Pete's Place you have to order this dish! They were marinated in miso but tasted like they were marinated in balsamic vinegar. Just the perfect amount of firmness, I'm guessing this is a dish that meat-eaters would love too.
