Chef Daniel is the quintessential Roman pizzaiola, laying out the dough by hand and letting it rise for 2-3 days before using it to make pizzas. And Pete's Place at the Grand Hyatt has recently gone through a big shift in thinking when it comes to healthy plant-based options. Their lunchtime buffet is wonderful and includes plenty of dedicated vegan options and Daniel will make a fresh vegetable pizza that's absolutely delicious.
