Spicy Grilled “Codfish” Hotplate no Lotus Kitchen —Avaliação do Vikas Garg (20 de dez. de 2017)

I have no idea what codfish is supposed to taste like but this vegan version made with silken tofu was wonderful. It was cooked “en papillote” with a really rich and spicy chili and ginger sauce. Definitely would go back to Lotus Kitchen for this dish!
