As a fitness-focussed omnivore, one of my major challenges of eating a plant-based diet is that often restos don't offer enough protein in their plant-based options. I have no problem prepping healthy plant-based meals at home but when eating out at lunch the options are usually carb-heavy and unappetising. All this changed when I discovered Autobus.

Autobus enabled me to get my macros from edamame, chickpeas, egg plus greens and smart carbs like quinoa and roasted squash. It's a win-win option and one I will turn to again and again.
