We joined the Sunday brunch. Noticed ahead that we are all vegan and gluten free. They accommodated very well. Nice vibe restaurant. With quality food. $850 per head with two drinks

It's nice to see that Zuma has a few options for vegans and vegetarians. I looked through all of their veg*n options and basically almost everything is plant-based with the exception of the desserts. The vegetarian rolls are really delicious. Nothing super unique about them, but a great way to enjoy lunch in one of the nicer Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong!

I've never had such delicious spinach before. It was perfectly seasoned with a miso dressing and sesame seeds and served cold. The taste was nothing short of extraordinary, will definitely be back for this! Was part of their lunch tasting menu. Was nice to see they had a vegan dish in every category but definitely need more options!
