Very nourishing and delicious sandwich. The braised jackfruit was soft and juicy like pulled pork and there was this really nice tomato-jam type thing in this. Hard to go wrong with a banh Mi.

when close to finishing the drink there is a grossness at the bottom of the drink. like beet gunk. was not a fan of that.

so this is what’s inside this bad boy: jackfruit, tomato sauce, herbs, cucumber, purple cabbage, onion, vegan pate (mushroom + beans), vegan cream cheese, vegan mayo. it’s pretty huge and pretty tasty.

A nice and quite affordable (45k) sweet treat, though I have for sure eaten better cinnamon rolls. The dough ain’t airy nor chewy, but it ain’t dry or crumbly either. It is rather soft overall, but I’m having trouble describing its texture properly, I guess that’s the sourdoughy vibe! Still, it is flagrant and the sugarcane sirup it is topped with make the whole thing taste like a proper treat. It pairs well with a hot drink!

I can’t tell if this was the drink itself or the place I was in when I took the first sip, but this flat white felt like the best coffee based drink I had in my entire life! They use a mix of coconut milk and other nuts milks. Simply delicious ☕️ It costs 75k Vietnamese dong, which you might find a bit expensive compared to the global coffee offer in Vietnam, but for such a quality drink (plus, in a lovely plant-based café), I’d say it is worth the 20-40k difference from some coffee you could grab on the street (if you manage to make it vegan, which ain’t easy if you don’t speak Vietnamese hehe)!
