Overall, a good dish, but I have some comments.
The good: the chips and sauce were fantastic! Crispy chips and the sauce, simply creamy and delicious.
The not so good: one bite into the burger and it was a bit dry. The ‘juice’ they were hoping to get from the two thick slices of tomato, and some lettuce never cut it.
I mean, they could have added some avo, and instead of two thick slices of tomato, make a kind of salsa with a kick. They definitely need to make their burgers juicier. If it already is, then it was probably overcooked.
