This dish was really interesting, with crunchy veggie and delicious puffs (with filling inside) in a clear sauce. Would be best paired with rice as it is quite liquid-y.

Since this restaurant is listed as vegetarian, not vegan, I was worried about what this sauce was made with but they said they use coconut milk! This dish is a very local shanghai dish and was really enjoyable and filling. The truffle flavour is good but not too overpowering.
